We have an opening for a Manager position in our Software Compliance practice.  This is a remote-based position focused on providing strategic advice for our growing client base regarding software asset management, audit defense, and software licensing and contracting.  The ideal candidate will have extensive software audit experience along with licensing knowledge of top software publishers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of ClearEdge compliance offerings
  • Train and develop analyst capabilities to support compliance service engagements
  • Assist in the delivery of compliance service engagements including conducting customer mock audits, software asset management process reviews and audit defense consulting
  • Assist and coach clients on best practices in resolving and negotiating audit findings to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Assist in developing and delivering audit and software asset management related training material to clients

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in software license auditing and software asset management
  • License compliance experience with multiple software publishers
  • Proven track record in building client relationships and offering strategic insight into their business
  • Scripting and programming experience a plus

Project Manager

ClearEdge Partners has an exciting growth opportunity for a Project Manager to support IT Finance Services and Technology Spend Optimization engagements in support of deliverables and value-based Financial and Commercial outcomes for ClearEdge clients.  Theprimary responsibility of the Project Manager is to organize and orchestrate the Time, Cost, and Quality of client technology projects to ensure that work efforts are completed efficiently and on-time, with an exemplary level of customer satisfaction.   This role will interface with multiple levels of the organization as well as Sr Leadership and Project Teams at clients, so excellent communication skills plus previous technology environment experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Using process analysis and detailed task management you will determine how best to use resources over multiple projects to complete them on time and within budget.
  • Manage 4+ large-scale projects simultaneously by driving detailed task management, scope management, and communication effectiveness with client stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Working with the Services Practice Lead, provide clients with deliverables, pricing and contractual expertise, and best practices related to their spending and consumption of IT services
  • Analyze IT Services Statements of Work to identify opportunities to improve client risk positions, business terms and pricing
  • Proactively maintain and develop productive relationships within nominated customer accounts
  • In conjunction with sales and presales team advise and assist clients with the execution of services solutions, pricing or business terms
  • Assist with the development and project management of client RFP’s and Statements of Work.
  • Responsible for synthesizing various pieces of analysis into palatable and coherent communications to clients. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Min 5+ years of Leadership and/or Project Management experience in Technology environment required
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Sales or Sales Support experience would be ideal
